Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships. Processing times may vary during sales, holidays, or high-volume periods.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Shipping times are calculated after production is complete and vary based on destination and carrier.
Estimated transit times:

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and shipping method selected.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (Canada Orders)
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in shipping costs.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional fees due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once the carrier has accepted the package.
