We love our ongoing relationship with the DPAA. Here is a brief description of the mission of this organization and why we are so proud to be able to support them in any way. The Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) is a U.S. Department of Defense agency responsible for locating and recovering U.S. military personnel who are prisoners of war (POW) or missing in action (MIA) from past conflicts. The DPAA’s mission is to account for missing service members, return their remains to their families, and provide closure to loved ones. The agency conducts global search, recovery, and identification operations, utilizing forensic science, historical research, and field investigations to achieve its objectives.
